(TSX-V: CBIT; OTCQX: CBTTF) (the “Company” or “Cathedra”), is pleased to announce that its common shares are now trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker symbol CBTTF. The OTCQX Best Market is the highest market tier of OTC Markets on which over 11,000 global securities trade. The Company anticipates that trading on the OTCQX will enhance the visibility of the Company’s common shares and increase accessibility of the Company to U.S. investors.
Cathedra’s common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CBIT. Cathedra is also in the process of securing Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) eligibility for its common shares.
